Please note above prices are per person for attendance in the instance for all 3 services, and are payable by individual employees for workplace sessions, or individuals within the community for public sessions (for either meditation or coaching) 72hrs as a minimum prior to attendance of the service.
All workplace services offered can also be structured so payment can be made by the company, department or team budget and not by the individual employee (as they are in the above instance) where requested and the pricing structure to do so would be detailed to your nominated contact within the company at the time of arranging any service and invoiced supplied upon completion. Policy
Informed Consent & Waiver Forms are to be completed by all new participants for either Workplace or General Public Effortless Meditation or Personal Growth Coaching sessions for your own health, safety and wellbeing. Admission will not be allowed into any session without a prior electronically signed consent & waiver form. Forms are always emailed to all participating in Workplace sessions, via company contact and are downloadable from the event page on social sites where advertised for General Public sessions. In the instance of a Personal Growth Coaching session the form will be emailed at the time of making an appointment.
Information collected on Employee Detail, Customer Detail and Client Detail forms prior to payment at checkout on all the above services is purely for list of participants and contact purposes and may be used for marketing purposes unless permission is specifically declined by an individual not wishing to be kept informed on future service offerings, workshops or events.
Refunds - all attempts shall be made firstly to reschedule an Effortless Meditation session for Workplace sessions only. In a Public Effortless Meditation class scenario participants requiring a change to their attendance on a certain day and time must make their request 3 hours prior to a class starting in writing - email, WhatsApp or text and failure to do so shall forfeit any refund. No recorded sessions will be offered as an alternative (as sessions are not recorded in either case) to meet, comply and fall in line with the public privacy act. If rescheduling does not meet with both parties (paid participant and Calm Health & Wellbeing) satisfaction in both workplace or public scenarios, then a full refund for the proposed attendance will be made to the payers’ method of payment used for that transaction and the specific intended session time and day.
With regards to a Personal Growth Coaching session to reschedule an appointment must be done within 24hrs of the day of the appointment in writing - email, WhatsApp or text and failure to do so shall forfeit $50 of the total amount required for the session. If an agreed upon day and time for both parties to reschedule the appointment can’t be made, then a full refund will be made to the payers’ method of payment used for the transaction.
