Personal Growth & Development Workshops

All of our mini workshops have been designed to lift and accelerate the personal growth of employees by bringing awareness to their current mindset, behaviour and habits that may be holding them back, whether consciously or not, from reaching their desired goals and full potential within their professional, personal and even social lives. These workshops incorporate a vast body of the work, information, knowledge and specific tools that’s found only within the unique structure of our Personal Growth Coaching which is based on the psychological framework of Adult Human Development.

Human Development is the branch of psychology that first arose in the 1950’s by psychologists like Clare Graves, Robert Kegan and Abraham Maslow which studies the elements that help people live healthy and fulfilling lives. It aims to understand the various changes individuals and all their relationships go through as they continue to learn and grow throughout their life including the phases of adulthood (for example the 3 adult developmental levels we recognise and utilise of Human Development - the Individuated Self, the Transpersonal Self and the Unified Self).

We offer these very insightful and powerful growth workshops in short form, of approximately 2 hours, to provide our clients with high value, thought provoking, self-discovery and reflective material that can quickly assist any individual in their personal growth and development. This can then allow them to make real and effective change within their lives virtually straight away, all at an affordable cost, which allows us to work with more people to have a greater impact on the mental, and emotional health & wellbeing of all those we work with and their workplaces.

This workshop delves into Stress - What it is? because not all stress is the same, ongoing stress - it’s massive impact within all areas of our lives and the workplace, understanding it from a new perspective, how it forms in our life and seeing it in a 4 stage process we term the ‘Stress Cycle’, identifying how and why it shows up the way it does by objectively seeing your own ‘stress cycle’, and finally short- and long-term strategies to curtail stress within your life.
